At Numentica UI, we believe privacy is a right — not a setting.
AutoFill AI is designed to help you fill online forms using artificial intelligence while keeping you fully in control of your data.
This policy explains what information AutoFill AI accesses, how it is used, and how you can manage it.
1. Information We Access
AutoFill AI only accesses the information you explicitly provide or authorize. This includes profile data you manually enter in the extension (such as name, email, or company details), limited Google account information for secure sign-in, and an application-specific folder in your Google Drive where your profiles are stored. No other Drive files or personal information are accessed.
2. How Your Data Is Stored
All profile data is stored securely in your own Google Drive. Numentica UI does not host, collect, or store any user data on external servers. You can view, edit, or delete your stored data at any time directly in Google Drive.
3. How Your Data Is Used
AutoFill AI uses your saved profile data only to match and fill form fields when you choose to autofill. Your data is processed locally on your device or securely through Google APIs when needed. No personal data is shared or sold to third parties.
4. AI Processing
The AI logic interprets form labels and matches them with your stored profile data. This process occurs within your browser and does not send personal data externally for training or analytics.
5. Permissions Explained
AutoFill AI requests only the permissions necessary to function:
activeTab – to identify and interact with the webpage you choose to autofill.
tabs – to coordinate between the popup, background, and content scripts.
sidePanel – to display user profiles conveniently in the Chrome sidebar.
identity – to enable secure Google sign-in and Drive access.
storage / scripting – to manage temporary form data during autofill.
6. Third-Party Services
AutoFill AI uses Google services for authentication and storage, following Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and protected by Google's security infrastructure. Numentica UI does not maintain any databases or servers containing your data.
8. User Control
You can revoke Drive access at any time from your Google Account Permissions. You can delete your stored profiles directly from Drive or uninstall the extension to remove all local data.
